What happens after a digital purchase, and where to find help.
Know who completes your order
A direct purchase is checked out with the store. A provider or affiliate purchase is completed on another website. The seller named at checkout is the starting point for order and refund support.
Check the delivery method
A download, license key and QR code each have different handling requirements. Look for delivery timing, file formats and compatible software before you pay. “Digital” does not automatically mean instant.
Keep access details private
Do not post activation keys, QR codes or download tokens. Use the original confirmation and the provider’s official site when retrieving your purchase.
If something does not arrive
Check the email address used at checkout, your spam folder and the provider’s order history. Contact the seller with an order reference, but avoid sending passwords or full payment details.
